Welcome to Expedition White Shark, the world’s first app designed to track adult white sharks in real time! To make this possible, scientists at the Marine Conservation Science Institute (MCSI) attached custom satellite tags to the dorsal fin of adult Great White Sharks, allowing us to follow their movements from Satellites orbiting the earth. Expedition White Shark allows you to receive near real time Great White Shark tracking data at the same time as the research scientists. Positions for the tagged sharks can only be calculated when a shark is at the surface with its dorsal fin out of the water for several minutes; since sharks are not always finning we receive intermittent position data from our sharks, but each signal beamed to us form space adds to our growing knowledge of the life history of this species. Since you are getting our data in near real time you will notice that the satellites sometimes make mistakes, placing the shark far from its actual location; we correct these errors later, when we analyze the data. I have installed and uninstalled a number of times and it keeps crashing not updating not worth the money
App is buggy as hell. Everytime I click Sponsor A Shark, it crashes. When I relaunch the app there are no sharks listed. If you are going to charge me $4.00, it better be s working, non crashing app. Also, no legend. Some shark find are white and some are yellow. What's the difference? When tracking a shark, all the spots it appears, is it only surfacing or feeding or mating, etc? Throw us a bone here....

Cool app, but I don't know about the accuracy. For example Poe Girl, currently is off the Santa Rosa fwy, after touring through Lompoc and visiting Death Valley.

Poor quality, very minimal settings that can be adjusted. Notification issues and spam. Do not recommend, even if it were free.

Since last update the app crashes as soon as I try to open it. I weirdly still get ping notifications though... Somewhat disappointing as I expected better for a paid app to be honest.
if only on apple, it should not download to samsung.
